The Trophy
At each draft, the trophy passes from champion to champion, in the order they won it, while Chariots of Fire plays in full. The ceremony is not optional and it is not to be rushed.
II.
Hands Off
Any manager who has never won the league is forbidden from touching the trophy. No holding it "just to see," no photos, no exceptions. Win it or admire it from a respectful distance.
III.
The Punishment
Each season's last-place finisher must complete a punishment. The punishment is chosen by the reigning champion — the winner earns the right to decide next year's suffering. It must be completed, in full, and documented.
IV.
Skip It, Get Buried
Refusing or dodging your punishment is the gravest sin in the NO CSBS. Those who have skipped out have historically left the league in shame. Their names live on only in
The Graveyard.
V.
Keepers, Draft & Roster
Each year, a manager may keep one (1) player who was on their roster at the trade deadline, for $10 more than they paid for them. This applies whether the player was drafted or picked up off the waiver wire. A player may be kept a maximum of two (2) times, after which they return to the draft pool. Full scoring settings are laid out in the table below.

Dues & Payouts
League dues are $200 per manager, per season. The payout structure — how the pot is split among the champion, runner-up and any side pools — is [ TO BE CONFIRMED ]. And yes, everyone knows who's perpetually late paying.
